The Linked Organisation of Local Authorities (LOLA) is a global association of Local Authority ICT professional associations. This document, entitled 'BY-LAWS', should be read as an addition to the official statutes of the association established on September 28, 2020. It contains clarifications, detailed provisions, and other information that, due to their regular amendments, were not included in the original statutes. In order to be legally valid, this internal regulation must be submitted to the general assembly for approval. Only the most recent version of the by-laws, as duly approved by the general assembly, shall be considered legally binding and in force. All previous versions are superseded upon approval of a new version.
